Our transition house is a unique facility in Canada where ex-offenders can find refuge. There are not many places where this vulnerable population can feel welcome. Safe and affordable housing is the cornerstone to building a successful foundation for life and we offer this opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive change.
Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA) is a program that surrounds an ex-offender with a group of 4-6 volunteers. The volunteers work with the program coordinator to help the ex-offender safely re-enter the community. The volunteers provide practical social supports while holding the ex-offender accountable for their actions.
